Each batch undergoes a gentle hulling process that removes the outer shell while preserving the integrity of the sesame kernel. The result is a naturally lighter-colored seed with a smoother texture, delicate flavor, and exceptional purity, ideal for crafting premium tahini.

Our hulled sesame seeds are slowly stone-ground in small batches to create a luxuriously smooth and creamy tahini. Low-temperature grinding helps retain the seeds' natural oils, rich aroma, and wholesome nutrients, delivering authentic flavor in every spoonful.
