Our Organic Whole Cloves are handpicked when the flower buds are mature and turn from green to a rosy pink. This is the perfect stage, just before they bloom, when they hold the highest essential oil and aroma.

Grown in the lush, tropical landscapes of Kerala, our cloves are nurtured on small organic farms that follow traditional and sustainable farming practices passed down through generations.

After harvesting, the buds are sun-dried naturally for several days until they turn dark brown and harden into aromatic cloves. This slow drying process helps retain their natural oils, flavor, and potency.
