Organic Cinnamon Powder

Our organic cinnamon comes from the lush highlands of Kerala, where the climate and rainfall are ideal for growing true Ceylon cinnamon. It all begins with healthy cinnamon trees, grown without synthetic chemicals and cared for with traditional, sustainable farming practices.

Once the trees are 2–3 years old, the outer bark is carefully peeled by hand, usually during the monsoon season when the bark separates easily. Only mature, healthy branches are selected to ensure the best quality and to protect the tree for future harvests.

The inner bark is gently scraped and rolled into thin, delicate quills, this is what makes Ceylon cinnamon so special. Each piece is handled with care and skill, passed down through generations.

The rolled bark is sun-dried slowly to preserve its natural oils, aroma, and flavor. Once fully dried, it is ground into fine powder, packed hygienically, and sealed to ensure you receive pure, organic cinnamon in every jar.
