Unlike most pepper, which is harvested green, our organic white pepper is made from fully ripe red berries. Grown in the lush plantations of Karnataka, they are left on the vine longer to develop richer flavor and natural sweetness.

Once harvested, the ripe berries are carefully soaked, and the outer skin is gently removed to reveal the white peppercorn inside. Then they are shade-dried and grounded into a fine powder, delivering a mild heat, earthy aroma, and clean taste.
